Our client is seeking an immediately available corporate receptionist with 3 years of experience or more to support and be the brand ambassador for the office.
You will be based on the client floor where it is key to give a 5* service when meeting and greeting visitors, VIP guests, high profile clients and employees. This is a role where attention to detail is key and caring for the needs of your visitors upon arrival is important.
The firm is looking for an individual with a positive attitude, happy to muck in and maintain a seamless running of the office. You are an individual who is engaging, driven and an approachable person. You are highly organised, a multi-tasker, clear in your communication and confident. This is an opportunity for you to build and maintain relationships, support with events and support the office admin team.
To support this highly successful firm, you will have experience as a receptionist ideally within the investment sector or professional services.
As the first point of contact, duties include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the gatekeeper for the office
- Meeting and greeting all visitors, high profile clients and guests
- Offering refreshments upon arrival
- Building relationships with contractors, vendors and external clients
- Managing inventory and couriers
- Booking appointments
- Supporting with internal events
- Administration for the team when requested
Requirements:
- You must be a Receptionist or Front of House
- A background in the investment sector or legal
- 3 years of experience or more is required for this role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Condeco
