Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Office Manager and Culture Lead to join their dynamic team. As the company continues to grow (currently 30 people) they recognise the importance of nurturing a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with their values and supports their team members in achieving their full potential.
You will be responsible for managing the office and will be at the heart of ensuring its smooth day-to-day operations. From managing facilities and supplies to coordinating meetings and liaising with the building management, you'll keep everything running proactively. Based in a stunning, landmark building in the City of London, you will have a modern, vibrant office space to manage.
Most important in this role is your responsibility for culture building and employee engagement! You should be extremely excited and motivated by this prospect; thrive on inspiring people, coming up with interesting ideas, and keeping up to date with new and developing engagement /culture forming ideas and incentives.
You'll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the company culture. Whether it's organizing team-building activities, socials, implementing employee recognition programmes, incentives, wellbeing practices and fostering open communication channels; you'll be the driving force behind creating a supportive and engaging work environment.
You will also collaborate with the HR department to onboard new employees and assist with people related tasks. Your role will be pivotal in promoting employee satisfaction and retention.

You should have experience of office administration and proven examples of arranging events, team building, company outings and so on.
