This global investment firm, with a massive presence in London is seeking an Assistant to be based in their Investment Research team. An exciting opportunity for you, an Assistant, to take on a role that goes beyond the highly important organisational tasks such as diary management and international travel.

The team are looking for an Assistant with 5 years of experience who will add value and enhance the efficiency of the team.  As the first point of contact, you will liaise with stakeholders, investors, organise roadshows, conferences and event management.

As an Assistant, you will be efficient, proactive and highly organisational with excellent client facing communication. You will be supporting a range of people from, senior management to analysts where you will be one step ahead. It is vital that you have supported with heavy diary management, international travel and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. It is essential to have this experience as an Assistant to be considered for this role.

As an outgoing, personable and confident individual who can be one step ahead, you must have worked in a fast-paced environment as an Assistant to be considered for this role. Ideally, you will have 5 years+ as a Team Assistant. They are open on background of which you have been an Assistant in, however, it is a bonus if you have worked within the investment sector, from investment banking, private equity or asset management. 

Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Coordinating complex internal and external meetings for a large team of people
  • Arranging international travel arrangements and processing related expense reports
  • Liaising and communication with the senior leadership team and stakeholders
  • Administrative duties, from projects to event management 

  • You must have 5 years as an Assistant.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.

Note: This position is a 12-month role and if you impress, there are many roles within the company to progress into. 

5 days in office.
