EA to Innovations Team (Private Equity)

A fantastic new EA role has arisen in this well established private equity firm in Mayfair. This is a dynamic and fast paced environment and you are based on an experienced but highly collaborative team who need a like minded EA with at least 3-5 years investment sector experience. You will be a key player in supporting this busy investor relations team who are travelling regularly and need a true office lynch pin to manage all of their trips/events etc.

Do you have great energy and love a role in a busy, fast-paced team?
Are you experienced in calendar across timezones and organising global travel?
Do you enjoy event organising and roadshows - logistics and across multiple timezones?

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for up to six busy senior executives
• Global travel management and complex travel itineraries
• Onboarding new starters to the team
• Extensive Events and Roadhsow planning. 
• Research and ad-hoc projects to support the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar professional business support qualification (Quest/OMBS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic work style and someone who loves to work at pace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fantastic attitude to work and life outside work
• Fun to work with!
