- Over 5 years of experience in an investment or financial services environment
- A solid academic background, with a clear and deliberate career progression
- Proven track record in supporting high-level executives
- Prior experience in investment firms is strongly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Representing senior executives with utmost professionalism
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Managing complex travel arrangements
- Overseeing calendar schedules
- Handling expense reports
- Crafting and refining PowerPoint presentations
