Are you an exceptional EA – ambitious for your next opportunity in a market-leading, Private Equity firm?
You will be academic, resilient, and willing to work extremely hard; with client-facing, experience within Private Equity, and a strong desire to work in a highly respected business as an EA, supporting the Investor Relations team.
Working closely with the other EA, this is a busy role which will see you supporting multiple Executives, as well as working closely to support global events.
You will tackle the challenges of ever-changing, back-to-back diaries; exceptionally busy travel itineraries; and be managing conflicting priorities. There are high volumes of expenses, and the CRM is incredibly important, so a love for administration is key - there is no room for mistakes, and the highest attention to detail is required - having experience with Salesforce, or DealCloud is a major advantage.
At interview stage it is essential that you can demonstrate:
French or German language skills are not required, but are a major plus.

- That you are a fast leaner, meticulous and industrious - unafraid to make decisions, and solve problems.
- You work well both autonomously and in a team.
- You have clear experience managing back-to-back diaries, and organising international travel itineraries, and Roadshows (4 years +).
- You have a strong eye for detail, with experience updating CRMs
- You handle expense processing with ease - Concur experience is a plus.
- You thrive in an ambitious, fast-paced environment, with no room for error.
- You have a passion for events, with prior experience that you can bring to this role.
