What You'll Be Doing:
Client Onboarding and Processes:
- Crucial role in client onboarding, KYC, and suitability processes.
- Ensure accurate preparation, completion, scanning, and filing of client documentation.
- Prepare meeting and presentation documents to showcase the portfolio offerings.
- Run valuations for clients quarterly.
- Keep client verifications up-to-date and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with Compliance to ensure actions align with guidelines and compliance standards.
- Liaise with the Client Administration team for accurate loading and maintenance of client data.
- Communicate with clients and intermediaries, taking instructions on portfolio matters.
- Instruct payments on behalf of clients after verification checks and identity confirmation.
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
- Handle correspondence with clients, including quarterly valuations.
- Address client queries and calls, ensuring thorough documentation for client files/CRM records.
- Provide ad-hoc Reception cover as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate with strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Implement short and long-term strategies in line with the firm's vision.
- Demonstrate ethical, open, and honest behavior in line with a positive culture and values.
- Display passion, drive, and determination for excellence consistently.

- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and above.
- Working Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm.
