ISE Partners are seeking recent graduates with A Level Maths, strong team assistant and admin skills, and a keen interest in finance and clients to contribute to their ongoing success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Onboarding and Processes:
  • Crucial role in client onboarding, KYC, and suitability processes.
  • Ensure accurate preparation, completion, scanning, and filing of client documentation.
  • Prepare meeting and presentation documents to showcase the portfolio offerings.
Portfolio Management:
  • Run valuations for clients quarterly.
  • Keep client verifications up-to-date and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure actions align with guidelines and compliance standards.
Client Interaction:
  • Liaise with the Client Administration team for accurate loading and maintenance of client data.
  • Communicate with clients and intermediaries, taking instructions on portfolio matters.
  • Instruct payments on behalf of clients after verification checks and identity confirmation.
Additional Responsibilities as Assistant to the Portfolio Managers:
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, including quarterly valuations.
  • Address client queries and calls, ensuring thorough documentation for client files/CRM records.
General Responsibilities:
  • Provide ad-hoc Reception cover as required.

What is in The Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 and above.
  • Working Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm.
