About the role
This is a pivotal position that will see you owning all aspects of office management. From creating an inspiring workplace to managing suppliers and ensuring compliance, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of this dynamic business. You’ll also work closely with senior leaders, provide executive support, and ensure a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for guests.
 
Key Responsibilities

Office Management:
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and presentable workplace.
  • Lead initiatives to improve office efficiency and implement ESG strategies.
 
Supplier and Inventory Management:
  • Build and manage supplier relationships, benchmark contracts, and monitor budgets.
Facilities Management:
  • Act as the main liaison with building management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with health and safety standards.
 
IT and Technology Support:
  • Troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with external IT providers for larger projects. 
 
HR and Finance:
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage office budgets, process invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
 
Executive Assistance:
  • Provide high-level support to two Managing Directors, including diary management, travel logistics, and document preparation.
 
Front of House:
  • Ensure a polished and professional reception area, offering a warm welcome to all guests.
 
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to this role.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of office management experience, ideally in private equity, real estate, or financial services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and always eager to improve processes.
