Are you a graduate with 2 years of reception and administrative experience in a high-profile, corporate setting? Are you ready to step up and take on a hybrid Receptionist and Executive Assistant role with a prestigious Private Equity firm in Mayfair? If you’re looking for a dynamic, ambassadorial role where you’ll work closely with a Principal, Vice President, and a fast-paced team, this may be the opportunity for you.
In this unique role, you’ll be based in a beautiful reception area near the staff restaurant oasis, greeting UHNW clients and VIPs alongside a friendly co-receptionist.
You’ll also take charge of EA duties, managing executive diaries, travel, expenses, and supporting internal meetings across our five meeting rooms and a purpose-built auditorium.
What You’ll Do:
Reception Duties: Welcome and announce guests with poise, coordinate meeting room schedules, arrange refreshments, and keep the reception and conference areas pristine.
Executive Assistant Support: Partner with other EAs to handle team coverage, manage daily orders (stationery, groceries, staff lunches), assist with incoming/outgoing post, and support compliance and accounts tasks.
Executive Admin Support: Organise team schedules, arrange travel, process expenses, and help keep the executive teams running smoothly.
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 plus exceptional bonus, benefits and complimentary lunch.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong corporate experience, ideally with a background in finance or professional services.
A welcoming and professional demeanour, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Confidence with MS Office Suite and a knack for organisation.
An adaptable team player who is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a “can-do” attitude to the table.
