Corporate Receptionist - Boutique Investment Bank

A boutique investment bank is seeking an experienced Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their firm in London. Based on a dedicated floor within their London office, you will provide a seamless front-of-house experience for high-profile clients, guests, and senior executives.


The Role:

• Manage the reception area with professionalism and discretion, ensuring an impeccable first impression at all times
• Greet and assist visitors, liaising with internal teams, and the ground floor to provide a smooth guest experience
• Handle calls and correspondence efficiently, maintaining a polished and service-oriented approach
• Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared to the highest standard
• Support office operations with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in a high-end, sole reception role, ideally within financial or professional services
• A passion for providing impeccable service with warmth, efficiency, and discretion
• Outstanding communication skills and a composed, polished manner
• The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

The Offer:

• Full-time, on-site position in a prestigious London office
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
