An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and organised Team Assistant to join a prestigious global investment firm, located in Birmingham city centre. This is a chance to develop your career within a world-renowned investment bank.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Assistant or Coordinator position, with a strong background in diary management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication across global time zones.
You will be supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills are essential.

You will be supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries and calendars for Associate-level bankers and above
- Coordinating internal and external meetings and conference calls across global time zones
- Organising international and domestic travel, including accommodation and itineraries
- Processing expenses and managing invoicing
- Acting as a key point of contact for team support, resolving day-to-day queries
- Providing cover for colleagues during absences and holidays
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or team support role
- High levels of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- A confident, self-starting approach with a client-facing mindset
- Full-time office-based role (5 days per week) in Birmingham City Centre
- 12–18 month contract (initial 6-month assignment with likely extension)
- £18/hour including holiday pay (approx. £32,000–£33,000 annually)
