Overview

We are recruiting an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide 1–3 months of leave cover for a senior member of the Executive Committee at a prestigious, global FTSE-listed organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to step into the inner circle of a world-leading business with operations spanning over 100,000 employees across five continents.

About the Role:
This is not your average EA role. You’ll be embedded in a prestigious executive office in Mayfair, supporting a highly respected leader known for their clarity, calm, and professionalism. You’ll be the right hand to a key decision-maker, ensuring seamless operations and high-level coordination across a complex, multinational structure. This person needs to hit the ground running, so direct relatable experience is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive, high-level support to a senior ExCo member
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, meetings, and international travel
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders across multiple business units and time zones
  • Prepare board-level documents, briefing packs, and confidential correspondence
  • Anticipate needs and act as a trusted gatekeeper and problem-solver

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite, ExCo, or board-level executives
  • Background in a blue-chip or major PLC environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting
  • Discretion, resilience, and a proactive mindset

About the Company
This is a global powerhouse operating across multiple sectors including aerospace, defence, digital intelligence, and advanced electronics. With a footprint in over 40 countries and a reputation for innovation, integrity, and impact, this organisation plays a critical role in shaping the future of global security and technology.
