They are seeking an exceptional Front of House Receptionist with proven experience in Dubai to join their team. About the Role
You will be the face of the firm, its first impression and brand ambassador, welcoming senior executives, investors, and distinguished guests with grace and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering a seamless and sophisticated front-of-house experience for high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.
• Managing reception operations with warmth, efficiency, and absolute discretion.
• Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments, and client hosting to impeccable standards.
• Maintaining an immaculate and professional reception environment at all times.
• Supporting with light administrative and office coordination tasks as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

• Impeccably presented, articulate, and confident in high-level corporate environments.
• Previous experience in Private Equity, Investment Management, or similarly prestigious financial institutions.
• Essential prior experience working in Dubai, with a deep understanding of local business etiquette and cultural norms.
• Well-connected within the DIFC and broader business community, with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Calm under pressure, with outstanding communication skills and a polished, discreet manner.
