A leading private equity firm is seeking an immediately available Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. - Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate extensive international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses and managing travel logs (including clearing backlogs in Concur).
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, interviews, and team activities.
- Prepare and format documents (Word, PowerPoint).
- Liaise with UK, EU, and U.S. offices and act as a key point of contact.
- Assisting with events, team initiatives, and board meetings, including venue sourcing and speaker coordination.
- Ensuring clear, professional communication and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Immediate availability.
- 5+ years’ experience as an EA within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or a fast-paced corporate setting.
- At least 2 years’ experience directly within private equity and familiarity with deal team support.
- Experience supporting deal teams (essential).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Polished communication and confident stakeholder management.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented, “no task too big or small” attitude
