Our client, a global Investment Management firm, with offices across the world, is looking for an exceptional Team Assistant, with experience gained either within investment, professional services or real estate.
This is a demanding and fast paced role, supporting a busy team with live deals, working alongside an EA. Organising their schedules over time zones, often with multiple changes and back to back meetings and international travel, you must be accustomed to a high demand, high expectation workload.

As a hybrid working position, you'll spend four days in the office and one day working from home, creating a balance to your workweek. Stunning offices in the West End.
We are keen to hear from Team Assistants with experience in Management Consultancy, Investment Banking, Investment Management, Real Estate or similar sectors. You must have proven experience of managing demanding schedules, diary and meeting arrangements, international travel scheduling and prioritising the team's requirements.
In this role, you'll support mid to senior level, working in collaboration with the Assistant in the team, and Assistants across the business at times. You'll utilise your exceptional organisational skills to navigate a demanding schedule. From coordinating meetings across various time zones to crafting intricate travel plans and detailed itineraries, your proactive approach will be instrumental in achieving success.
To be considered for this opportunity, prior experience as a Team Assistant is crucial. Flourishing in a fast-paced, international environment, you take pride in your ability to provide outstanding organisational support. Your aspiration to excel and your unwavering commitment to delivering excellence will set you apart. You should also be corporately presented with excellent written and spoken English, A level or degree educated.
