Join a global investment firm supporting prominent decision makers in the boutique Executive Office.
 
A unique and rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to operate within the highest echelon of this organisation. You will be providing direct support to MDs, Partners and C-suite leaders who are at the top of their departments in this highly dynamic and fast-paced role. The firm is extremely international and client-facing as they make deals and are looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly motivated Team Assistant to support them.
 
We are seeking outstanding assistants who will support with classic responsibilities, including diary management, international travel, and expenses. This role will also go beyond traditional administration duties as it offers a genuine scope to add value, take ownership, and assume responsibilities outside of the classic ones.
 
You must be an assistant within the investment sector or professional services. You will also have a minimum of 4 -5 years as an Assistant. Ideal if you are looking to take the next step in your career.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate international travel, itineraries and expense.
  • Provide complex and ever-changing calendar, meeting and action item management. 
  • Represent the team in various forums and meetings with external and internal guests. 
  • Act as an ambassador on behalf of your executives, being viewed as a professional, friendly, easily accessible and approachable partner for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department. 
  • Work cross-functionally with other team members and departments to ensure we remain aligned with goals and values.
 
Candidate Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience as a senior assistant to a busy executive within the investment space.
  • Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders from a multitude of backgrounds, across the organisational structure. 
  • Driven to succeed and thrive in the Assistant role, taking absolute pride in being relied upon to deliver exceptional organisational support.
  • You will be unflappable when dealing with multiple requests, being able to confidently prioritise using your intuition.
  • You will be well presented and client-facing in your communication style. A desire to work in a fast-moving, international environment, with an interest in the investment sector is key.
