An exciting opportunity has arisen for an engaging, proactive and dedicated Team Assistant to join a leading global investment firm within a highly visible, client-facing division.
This role sits at the heart of a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting Associates, Senior Vice Presidents and Managing Director and their wider team who operate across international markets. The environment is fast-paced and relationship-driven, requiring an assistant who is confident, personable and able to build strong working partnerships both internally and externally.
As a key member of the team, you will provide seamless, forward-thinking support while acting as a professional ambassador for the division.

About You:
This is a 12-month, full-time, office-based role (5 days per week), with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs.
£23 per hour inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex and constantly evolving diaries
- Coordinating high-profile internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
- Organising international travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients
- Providing proactive administrative support and assisting with ad-hoc projects
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Team Assistant or EA
- Experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consultancy or professional services highly desirable
- Engaging and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
- Proactive, adaptable and dedicated to delivering exceptional support
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, high-expectation environment
