Overview
We are looking for a standout Executive Assistant - someone with the intellect, curiosity and professional maturity to operate as a true thought‑partner to a senior leader. This is a role that combines both traditional EA duties with a full interest and ability to make impact within the business; it requires an EA who understands the pace, discretion and nuance of a boutique investment or family office environment, and who can confidently take ownership from day one - with a true understanding of the investments and activity.
You’ll support a newly appointed CIO within a respected family office, working closely together in‑person to build the trust, rhythm and rapport that makes this partnership so effective.

- An experienced EA with strong tenure in a family office or boutique investment setting, used to supporting at Partner/C‑Suite level.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as the Partner’s right hand, ensuring every part of their world - business and logistics - runs smoothly, seamlessly and intelligently. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as gatekeeper and main point of contact; managing inbox and calls with clarity and judgment
- Managing a complex, ever‑evolving diary and coordinating high‑level meetings
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and external partners, developing first‑class working relationships
- Preparing documents, presentations and reports
- Drafting, reviewing and refining correspondence
- Supporting meeting preparation, including research packs and briefings
- Coordinating client entertainment and events
- Working closely with the wider EA cohort to ensure alignment and consistency
The skills you’ll bring
- Strong, proven experience in a boutique investment, family office or similar high‑touch environment (10+ years experience ideally, with strong exposure to the industry)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and accurately
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
- Solutions‑focused, composed and proactive - especially under pressure
- Collaborative, ego‑free and respectful in your approach
- Enthusiasm for a role that goes above and beyond with new duties
