Overview
A delightful EA role to support on a 1:1 basis in a boutique investment office which has grown out of a family investment trust with a long and distinguished history. This role requires 5 days office presence (Bond Street location) but can also offer good work/life balance with regular hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm
Working alongside a tightly-knit support team of 4 in an office of 15 staff, you will provide a close Executive Assistant service to the busy, affable Chief Investment Officer who likes to build a strong professional relationship with his assistant.

Working alongside a tightly-knit support team of 4 in an office of 15 staff, you will provide a close Executive Assistant service to the busy, affable Chief Investment Officer who likes to build a strong professional relationship with his assistant.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbox, calendar and meeting arrangements - getting to know stakeholders and able to make scheduling decisions and judgement calls on behalf of the CIO
- Travel, visa and accommodation planning and associated preparation and expenses
- Regular liaison with external fund marketing agency: managing incoming and outgoing communications and chasing any data or materials as required
- Building a strong understanding of the investor base so that you can anticipate choices and handle requests proactively on the CIO's behalf
- Occasional support to the investment team of four (room bookings, sometimes travel support)
- Supporting other admins as required with other aspects of keeping the office running smoothly (working alongside the Receptionist, Office Manager and two other full time EAs, there will be occasions you will need to meet and greet or assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and events)
You will need:
- Evidence of supporting in a boutique investment office setting
- Stable CV with evidence of good tenure across several enviornments
- Strong MS Office skills
- Exposure to marketing / IR might be a positive
- Friendly approach and a muck-in attitude to collaborating with colleagues
