We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-driven coordinator/assistant to join a team at the centre of investor relations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile coordination, supporting seamless engagement with international stakeholders.
You’ll be at the heart of managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help keep everything aligned handling changes with confidence and making sure every detail and clear communication is delivered at every stage.
With exposure to a corporate access team and non-deal activity, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the pace and flow of roadshows and is ready to step up and grow their career within a global investment firm.
This role requires experience within the investment sector. You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience.

5 days in office | 8am - 6pm | Day rate of: £300 - £340 inclusive of holiday | 12 Months
