An exciting and incredible opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly professional Receptionist, who is happy to take on additional administrative responsibilities within this growing firm. You'll be joining a dynamic and expanding office environment. Based on the front office, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors, including VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. The firm is looking for a receptionist who will be the hub of information.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being at the heart of the office.
You'll have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist, ideally within the investment sector or professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all guests and visitors
- Manage the reception desk and front office operations in a team of 2, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and schedules
- Assist with the organisation of internal and external events, including client meetings and team functions
- Support executives with travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or team assistant role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
