In this role, you’ll support driven senior managing directors, associates, and analysts while working alongside a collaborative and close-knit team of assistants. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships across London, Europe, whilst also supporting the team in Poland.

You will have gained at least 1-2 years of experience as an assistant supporting with meeting coordination across zones, expenses, invoices and arranging travel, both domestic and international.
Key responsibilities:
12–18 month assignment (initially 6 months) | 5 days per week | £16–£18 inclusive of holiday pay

- Managing complex calendars for high-performing bankers
- Coordinating meetings and calls across multiple time zones
- Organising both international and domestic travel
- Handling expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider team and stepping in where needed
- Providing phone and holiday cover when required
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator role
- Strong diary management skills (essential)
- Proactive, personable, and highly organised approach
