Are you a bright, polished and clearly spoken graduate with 1–3 years’ office experience looking to build a long-term career within reception in finance? This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless front-of-house experience while supporting the wider team.

The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing a busy reception desk – answering and screening calls with professionalism
• Coordinating daily visitor lists and issuing office passes
• Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are set up to a high standard
• Organising internal meetings, business lunches and refreshments
• Managing pantry supplies and maintaining a tidy, presentable office environment
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries (DHL, FedEx, etc.)
• Supporting with general administration – printing, scanning, binding and document prep
• Managing stationery orders and office supplies
• Assisting visiting colleagues and ensuring a smooth in-office experience

About You:
• 2+ years’ experience in a corporate office environment (financial services exposure beneficial)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Bright, polished and clearly spoken with a strong service ethic
• Professional, articulate and confident communicator
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
• A natural team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused
