The role
- The Senior Coordinator will support the end‑to‑end operation of external worker risk governance processes.
- You will manage trackers, coordinate actions across multiple stakeholders, and ensure information is accurate, complete, and audit‑ready. You will work closely with teams including Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Sourcing, helping maintain consistency, momentum, and confidence in the programme’s delivery.
- Day‑to‑day, the role requires sound judgement, strong organisation, and an ability to move comfortably between data, process, and stakeholder engagement in an environment where standards are high and priorities evolve.
The individual
This role will suit someone with mature execution capability and a disciplined approach to their work. You are likely to bring:
- 3-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in third‑party risk, compliance, procurement governance, or enterprise risk operations
- Experience supporting risk or governance processes within a complex, preferably global, organisation
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high‑quality documentation
- Confidence working with senior and cross‑functional stakeholders
- Comfort operating in structured but evolving environments
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with clear, professional communication skills
Contract details
- Role: Senior Coordinator
- Contract: 12‑month PAYE via temp agency
- Rate: £25–£30 per hour PAYE (dependent on experience) - holiday pay on top
- Location: Remote‑first, with the ability and willingness to attend a London office when required
