A fantastic opportunity has opened up in Birmingham for a proactive, confident, and highly organised Team Assistant / Administrative Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
If you’ve spent the last couple of years building strong coordination or administrative experience, particularly managing busy diaries and scheduling - this role offers the chance to develop within a globally recognised financial services environment and progress toward a senior Executive Assistant career.
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting Analyst, Associates and Managing Directors, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across London, Europe, and the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced professional environment.
What you’ll be responsible for:
12–18 month assignment (initial 6-month contract) | 5 days in office | 40 hours a week | Access to onsite gym, rooftop terrace, and sauna
£16 - 18 inclusive of holiday pay

- Managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls across different time zones
- Organising domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses, invoices, and general administration
- Supporting wider team queries and ad hoc requests
- 1 - 2+ years’ experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to develop professionally
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
