Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of finance professionals, at this global investment management firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with current finance/accounting experience looking to move into a global investment fund to develop their accounting career. There will be some elements of governance, board meetings and coordinating diaries integrated into this accounting role.

Strong document production skills are essential, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
You will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
A professional, discreet, and flexible attitude is key, alongside a collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team.

- Help invoice processing (Accounts Payable)
- Banking callbacks (Calling suppliers to verify their bank details)
- Help team maintain/update fixed asset register, accruals and prepayments
- Help with cashbook maintenance
- Help draft various correspondence letters for the team
