You will be at the centre of this results-driven firm working with a collaborative team of assistants as you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of senior leadership and wider teams.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive assistant with exceptional attention to detail and client-facing in their communication. You will be confident managing relationships at all levels and take pride in delivering seamless support.
You will bring a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as an assistant within the investment sector and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing seamless and proactive support to Managing Directors, Associates, and Partners across global teams
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Organising meetings, calls, and events, including preparation of agendas and materials
- Supporting team coordination and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of senior executives and wider team
- Working closely with a collaborative team of assistants to deliver outstanding support and operational excellent
About You
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a professional services or financial services
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate needs
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
