Overview
Built your foundation in Private Equity and ready to step into a role with greater exposure, pace, and proximity to deals?
This is a standout opportunity for a high-performing Team Assistant to join a leading Private Equity platform on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a group of Investment Executives across Associate to Principal level within a highly active fund.
You will sit at the centre of the team’s day-to-day activity, gaining direct exposure to live deals, investor interactions, and portfolio work, while partnering with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Why this role?
This is not a traditional support position. It is a genuine second-step opportunity for someone who has already spent approximately two years in Private Equity or a similarly high-intensity investment or corporate environment and is now ready to accelerate their experience.
You will gain close proximity to deal activity and investment decision-making, exposure across a range of seniority levels, and the opportunity to build strong commercial awareness and judgement within a top-tier fund. The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and known for offering an excellent benefits package.
