Overview
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join a fast-growing tech investment firm at an exciting stage of its journey. As the business continues to scale, it is building a collaborative, high-performance environment that supports innovation and delivers a first-class experience for both the team and clients.
This is a hands-on, varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be proactive, adaptable, and confident in client-facing communication. You’ll need a flexible approach, as the role involves a mix of responsibilities across facilities, administration, and front-of-house support.
You will be comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting as part of event setup and office operations. The role also requires occasional reception cover, close collaboration with the Office Manager, and coordination with temporary support staff when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideally, you will have experience within the investment sector or professional services.
This is an ASAP start, temping for 3 - 6 months, with the potential of becoming a permanent employee.
This will be a 7:30am start.

- Manage facilities tasks including meeting room setup, troubleshooting, and general upkeep
- Regularly check that meeting room panels and AV systems are functioning correctly
- Maintain kitchen and refreshment areas, including coffee machine refilling and upkeep
- Support with event setup and logistics, including furniture movement and room configuration
- Provide occasional reception cover, welcoming visitors and handling deliveries
- Assist the Office Manager with various administrative and facilities-related tasks
Ideally, you will have experience within the investment sector or professional services.
