What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls across international time zones
- Managing busy and complex diaries across multiple stakeholders
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
- Providing proactive support to the wider team
- 1–2+ years' experience in an administrative, team assistant, or coordination role
- Strong diary management and exceptional organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and progress
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- 12–18 month assignment (initial offer 6-month) | £16 inclusive of holiday pay | 5 days in the office | Languages are a bonus: French, German, Italian or Spanish
