We're looking for a proactive, confident, and highly organised Assistant/Coordinator who is eager to learn, grow, and accelerate their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
£18 inclusive of holiday | 5 days in the office | 12–18 month assignment (initial 6-month contract)

- Managing busy and ever-changing calendars/diary management
- Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Organising domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses, invoices, and general administration
- Supporting team queries and providing ad hoc assistance
- Providing phone and holiday cover as part of a collaborative support team
- 1 - 2 years' experience in an assistant, administrative, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
£18 inclusive of holiday | 5 days in the office | 12–18 month assignment (initial 6-month contract)
