Team Assistant, Global Investment Fund, 12 month FTC

A leading Global Investment Management firm is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join a highly successful investment fund in a fast-paced role supporting an MD and their team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.

With a large presence in London and offices spanning the globe, you'll be joining a collaborative, driven, and growing business. If you're an experienced Assistant, ideally from Investment Banking, Investment Management, or professional services, looking for a challenging, high-impact role where you'll be an integral part of the team, read on.

Supporting the MD and wider team, you will:

• Manage a demanding and ever-changing schedule with exceptional organisational skill
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
• Plan and manage complex international travel
• Prepare detailed, accurate itineraries
• Take a proactive, ahead-of-the-curve approach to everything you do
• Liaise confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, by phone and in person, building strong working relationships
