Overview
We are delighted to be hiring a unique private PA role for our UHNW client.
Based in Notting Hill, you will provide full private support in both the principal's professional and personal life. Working from the principal's studio and residence in Notting Hill, you will be at the heart of a successful operation, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
We are seeking a polished, relationship driven Private PA who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building meaningful connections. Acting as a trusted partner, and key point of contact, you will manage a changing schedule across business, personal and family commitments, ensuring priorities are anticipated and executed with precision.
The role encompasses comprehensive diary and calendar management, coordinating appointments, meetings, as well as organising complex international and domestic travel itineraries. You will oversee personal administration, lifestyle management, special projects, gifting and reservation management, while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
In addition, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of the household, managing and coordinating household staff, external contractors and service providers. You will ensure exceptional standards are maintained across all areas of the residence, overseeing schedules, recruitment support, supplier relationships and ongoing household projects.
You will also provide business support where required, within the interior design business. This includes liaising with business associates and key stakeholders, coordinating meetings and preparing documentation and correspondence. The ability to confidently switch between private, household and business matters, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a UHNWI, principal or private family in a similar capacity, with strong household management experience and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional level of service.
You will be naturally warm, engaging and emotionally intelligent, with the confidence to build trusted relationships at every level. A proactive mindset, excellent judgement, strong organisational skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach are key to success in this role.
This position is based five days per week from the principal's office and residence in Notting Hill. While not a 24/7 role, a degree of flexibility outside of standard working hours is required to accommodate occasional urgent matters and changing priorities.
Remuneration - basic salary plus bonus
