Responsibilities
- Acting as the face of the business and first point of contact for visitors.
- Delivering a seamless front-of-house experience.
- Managing meeting rooms, visitor coordination and office logistics.
- Supporting administrative and operational requirements.
- Working collaboratively with wider office support teams.
About You
- Previous experience within Reception, Front of House.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, professional and service-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and genuine commitment to delivering excellence.
- Exposure to Financial Services, Private Equity or Alternative Investments is advantageous.
