Career Temp Reception - Alternative Investments

We are looking for strong 'career temps ' to join our growing temporary pool of best-in-class receptionists. Our clients span leading Private Equity / Venture Capital firms, to global Executive Search firms, through to some of the most forward-thinking technology firms - all leaders in their field.
If you're seeking a job that provides flexibility and additional earnings while you focus on your passion, such as, setting up your own business, or other interests; or work around another role - temporary employment is an excellent choice. These roles can vary in duration from a few days to several weeks or even several months, with a considerable degree of flexibility.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Front-of-house duties
• Meet-and-greet responsibilities
• Collaborating and working alongside other FOH staff.

 
We are looking for:

• Someone who has previous experience Front of house, Administrative, Reception role
• Financial services / private equity exposure ideal but not required
• Approachable and team-focused, who is organised and proactive keen to learn and develop within their role.
• A Strong positive attitude and willingness to grow and contribute are key.

The perfect temporary receptionist should exude a friendly and approachable demeanour, possess excellent customer service skills (you should be able to speak to a proven track record in this area), and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities.
You'll be operating within the high-energy, fast-paced settings of some of London's premier professional firms, so prior experience in a similar corporate environment would be highly advantageous. Candidates that excel, receive regular work, with the same clients wanting to see people back for multiple bookings.
