Supporting a newly promoted Senior Executive who is responsible for two massive global regions, you will have experience as an Executive Assistant gained within large-scale, international corporate business.
At the core of your role, you will be accustomed to managing complex, multi-leg travel itineraries and rapidly changing, cross-border diary management on behalf of a very busy Executive.
Responsibilities will also include handling sensitive and complex correspondence via email, internal memos and briefings: creating reports and presentations through in-depth data gathering; managing multi-currency expenses and arrange both simple and complex on and offsite meetings and events, occasionally involving the taking of minutes.
