ISE Partners

An End of Year Wrap-Up

By Susannah Lawson  •

It has been a inspiring year at ISE Partners holding insightful events for our clients and partners. Diversity and Inclusion threads through everything we do, from the day to day hiring practices, to the events we run.

Are your recruitment partners living and breathing their diverse hiring practices? Are they learning and developing constantly to ensure a more equitable approach to recruitment? We are aware there is always more to learn and strive to seek out ways in which we can improve.

One of our long standing clients commented in a recent review meeting how pleased they were with our ability to deliver diverse candidates. Ensuring a diverse approach to recruitment is essential for our client partners, and has to come as a result of our genuine committments, then applying this in the workplace. Not a tick box exercise, but an intrinsic belief. This is something that Eva Rode-Hilbert and I have always worked hard to instill within our company.

Interestingly, all of our events start as initial ideas from consultants within ISE Partners, which are then brought to life!

Please have a look at our short video, and contact us for information on the upcoming events for 2024.
