Overview
We’re searching for an immediately available, standout Receptionist to join a prestigious, beautifully bespoke global investment firm in a varied and high-impact front-of-house role.
As the face of the firm, you’ll greet a range of visitors, from VIP clients to senior stakeholders, so we’re looking for someone warm, professional, engaging, and unflappable. You’ll deliver a consistently first-class experience while keeping the front desk running seamlessly. No two days will be the same as you’ll coordinate meetings, manage guest arrivals, oversee inventories, and act as the central hub that keeps the office operating smoothly. The firm values individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting the office.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of three, working alongside two experienced, supportive, and welcoming receptionists.
This is a 4 day a week role (Monday - Thursday), 5 month role with a November start.
To be considered, you must have proven Reception experience within the investment sector, whether that’s Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Professional Services.

- Delivering a warm and polished welcome to all guests and employees
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring flawless setups of rooms
- Acting as the go-to person for all front-of-house needs
- Staying one step ahead, using initiative to anticipate and resolve issues
- Supporting wider office coordination and contributing to a smooth-running environment
- 5+ years’ Reception experience, ideally within the investment sector
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running with confidence
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, corporate environment and enjoys variety
- A brand ambassador who brings warmth, energy, and professionalism
