The Role
This is a demanding, multi‑stakeholder support position, providing seamless assistance to a Managing Director (primary) plus multiple busy team members such as a VP, Associate, and two others.
The Managing Director is based internationally and travels frequently, requiring an EA who is proactive, responsive, and comfortable handling moving parts at speed. They are an assertive team, and this role requires someone with a confident personality to work alongside them.

- Handling expenses and administrative workflows with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborating seamlessly with a highly capable EA cohort, stepping in as needed
- Maintaining speed, accuracy, and calm in a deal‑driven environment
- You will join a tight, highly collaborative EA group supporting a wider investment team.
- Shared calendars mean urgent requests are handled by whoever is free - teamwork is essential.
- Core hours are London-based, with occasional late‑day checks due to US time zones.
- Evening/weekend work is rare, but responsiveness and quick acknowledgements are valued.
