An exciting opportunity to join this early stage Private Markets business, working alongside senior investment and leadership teams as they build a high-growth, international platform.

Our client, a newly established private markets business operating at the forefront of alternative investments, is looking for an ambitious Team Assistant/Office Manager to join the rapidly growing team, to support the leadership team and manage the office, bringing their expertise, organisational skills, and desire to learn and grow.

We are seeking a bright, proactive, and highly capable degree educated Team Assistant/Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role will suit a candidate with EA/Office Management experience, confidence, and polish, who takes pride in anticipating needs, and always delivering work to a high standard.

You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while also gaining exposure to a dynamic investment business and the opportunity to grow and develop as the platform evolves.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Team Support:
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules, and meeting coordination for a busy investment team
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries
  • Support expenses, compliance documentation, and internal approval processes
  • Act as a central point of contact for team administration and coordination
Meeting & Events
  • Coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and team activities
  • Manage logistics including meeting rooms, catering, and venue setup
  • Support team events that foster collaboration and culture
Office Management & Operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a professional, well-organised environment
  • Liaise with building management and external suppliers
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities requests, and maintenance issues
  • Maintain systems for tracking repairs, services, and workplace needs
Growth & Development
  • Gain increasing exposure to office management and operations as the platform scales
  • Support office moves, refurbishments, and broader workplace projects
  • Help develop processes and systems in a growing, evolving business
