Based in beautifully appointed West End offices, you’ll be the face of the business, trusted by senior stakeholders, EAs, and visiting VIPs to ensure everything runs seamlessly at all times.

The Role
This is a front-of-house position where precision, ownership and initiative matter just as much as presentation.
You’ll:
- Deliver a five-star guest experience — anticipating needs, not just reacting
- Be ready and waiting for guests, checking details, and ensuring everything is perfect ahead of arrival
- Go the extra mile with refreshments and room set-up — creating a polished, welcoming experience every timeTake full ownership of a busy meeting room calendar, ensuring zero clashes and seamless transitions
- Act as the central point of coordination for meeting logistics, working closely with EAs
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all meeting rooms and Outlook calendars with absolute accuracy
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Prepare and reset rooms to an exceptional standard before and after meetings
- Handle high volumes of incoming post across multiple entities with care and organisation
- Maintain stock levels across the office (stationery, kitchen supplies, refreshments, etc.)
- Keep front-of-house, kitchen and meeting spaces consistently immaculate
- Support EAs and the wider team with ad hoc requests and problem-solving
- Take full ownership of quieter periods — proactively seeking ways to support the team
