4 - 5 Days In-Office (Fridays usually wfh)

Are you the type of Executive Assistant who thrives in an innovative, collegiate environment, working at a frenetic pace? We have a sought-after opportunity to support a busy team at one of Europe's most exciting PE firms. This is a challenging role for an experienced diary manager with good financial acumen and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. 

Responsibilities
  • High volume and intricate calendar management for investment executives
  • Supporting the Partners, VPs and Principals in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Creation of PowerPoint slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Complex travel and logistics planning, often at short notice
  • Supporting the FD with extensive financial administration: working across specialist expense and approvals platform tools to track project spend.
  • Reconciliation and payment of supplier invoices.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects related to budget, spend and supplier management
  • Project support and research

About You:

You are friendly, approachable, and unflappable under pressure. You enjoy getting stuck in and thrive in an environment where initiative is valued. You are a natural problem-solver and highly organised with a sharp eye for detail. You will enjoy working with a friendly, collaborative team who enjoy some great socials together alongside work!

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role in a fast-growing, international environment (ideally investment, consultancy or tech start-up experience)
  • Strong academics, ideally a degree qualification
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to use 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Impeccable IT/Software skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Google for Business, Slack and other remote working tools)
