- Managing busy and complex diaries for senior stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expenses, invoices, and general administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day coordination and project work
- Providing team and holiday cover when required
- 1-3 years' experience in an Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrative position
- Fluent German language skills
- Strong diary management and organisational abilities
- Proactive, professional, and highly personable
- Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach
- Keen to learn and develop within a high-performing environment
