Pride Networking & Speaker Breakfast
What does real workplace allyship look like beyond statements, badges, and good intentions? How do organisations move from intent to meaningful, measurable impact?
These questions are at the heart of Allyship to Action: From Intent to Impact, ISE’s upcoming Pride networking and speaker breakfast. Designed to bring industry peers together in an energising, thoughtful setting, the morning will explore how inclusion shows up in practice, and what it takes to make allyship stick.
Through honest conversation, purposeful networking and expert insight, attendees will unpack what effective workplace allyship really means today. The session is built for reflection and challenge, offering space to connect with others who are equally committed to building more inclusive environments.
At the centre of the event is our guest speaker, Geffrye (Geff) Parsons, CEO of The Inclusion Imperative and former Managing Director at Macquarie Group. With over 35 years of executive leadership experience, Geff is a recognised inclusion changemaker. His work has supported organisations to reach number one on the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index and has earned recognition from the Financial Times, PinkNews, and the British LGBT Awards. Expect sharp thinking, real‑world examples, and practical perspectives rooted in both lived and leadership experience.
What to expect on the day:
- Breakfast and purposeful networking with industry peers
- A thought‑provoking, speaker‑led discussion followed by Q&A
- Interactive moments including live polls, breakout discussions and a quick LGBTQ+ quiz
- Time to reflect, challenge assumptions and exchange ideas
Whether you’re an established advocate or looking to strengthen your approach to allyship, this session offers insight, challenge and an inspiring start to the day.
