That's the reality ISE Partners is addressing head-on with an exclusive roundtable event this September, designed specifically for those responsible for managing EAs across their organisations.

This roundtable was created to give EA Team Leads and Managers a genuine space to pause, reflect, and hear how their peers are navigating the same challenges.

What to Expect

Facilitated by Amy Mummery, former EA Team Lead at Deliveroo, where she supported senior leadership through the company's exponential growth from start-up to major tech player. The session draws on both lived leadership experience and professional coaching insight. Amy left Deliveroo in 2022 to retrain as a health and wellness coach, and now helps EA leaders unpack exactly the pressures she once faced herself.

The session includes:

• A short introduction and self-assessment, to get a sense of where everyone's really at
• Honest reflections from Amy's own experience as a former EA Team Lead
• An open, discussion-led format, with prompts designed to surface real experiences, whilst kept constructive and forward-looking, not just a list of frustrations
• A closing round where every attendee shares one strength or strategy that's working for them, so the group leaves with energy and practical takeaways

This is an interactive session and works best with an open, honest group, so attendees should come ready to share as much as they'd like.
