Having specialised in Finance, Marketing, Administration, and HR roles, Indi arrives in London with a broad understanding of what businesses need from their support staff, and what candidates need to thrive.

Her recruitment career began at a global recruitment firm in New Zealand, where she developed quickly, building a strong foundation in strategic sourcing, candidate management, and recruitment advertising. Most recently, she worked to gain an valuable in-house perspective on talent acquisition before making the move to London to take on her next chapter with ISE Partners.

Indi holds both a Bachelor's and Postgraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Canterbury, an academic grounding that gives her a genuine edge in understanding people. Combined with her warm, thoughtful approach and clear communication style, this makes her a natural fit for a firm that places relationship-building at the centre of everything it does.
