As a Co-founder and Director of ISE Partners, Susannah has, over the years, developed a specialist network of leaders, founders and senior hiring professionals within the investment sector, for whom she has provided an often unrivalled recruitment service. Understanding the demands of delivering within this high-expectation industry has made Susannah one of the leading figures to partner with to receive a reliable and tailored recruitment service. Having launched her recruitment career in a leading City-based office support recruitment firm finding top-tier support staff for Investment Banking clients, she found her passion for the investment industry and moved to a larger Banking and Finance recruitment business, gaining more exposure to City institutions. Inspired to continue operating in the investment sector, but in a more tailored and personalised style, she co-founded ISE Partners in 2007.

Since then, Susannah has honed her expertise in placing exceptional Senior Assistants and EAs within investment banking, private equity and hedge fund businesses. Additionally, she has carved out a niche in the discreet and tactful placement of Private Assistants for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices. Her deep understanding of the unique cultures and expectations within these environments means she consistently matches candidates not only on skill, but on character and long-term fit, an approach that has earned her an outstanding reputation for retention and client satisfaction.

Fuelling Susannah's success is a genuine passion for creating and nurturing strong, meaningful relationships with both her candidates and clients. She takes immense pride in ensuring the recruitment process is not just efficient, but also a positive, enriching journey for everyone involved with ISE Partners. Having joined the Pertemps Network Group in 2018, Susannah is a member of the ERG working with other Pertemps leaders on the advancement of the wider firm's diversity and inclusion practices. She is deeply committed to championing inclusive hiring across the sectors she serves, recognising that diverse teams are fundamental to the long-term success of any organisation.

Susannah holds a BA Hons in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds. Her academic background has given her a unique perspective and a versatile approach to her work.
